Summary
We are seeking an experienced business manager to join our dynamic team in Sarnia, ON. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find their ideal vehicles while contributing to Bailey Toyota's commitment to outstanding service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the car buying process, providing expert advice and support.
Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Business Manager/Automotive Financial Services Manager.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with dealership operations and customer service best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
A valid driver's license is necessary.
