What We're Looking For:

VSA license

, that's a plus--but if not, we'll help you get one!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and budget Post videos and pictures of inventory on all social media platforms to generate leads Complete all Manufacturer training to be a master at your craft Present vehicle features and conduct test drives Complete all necessary paperwork and finalize transactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

What You Bring:

Passion for cars, trucks, and helping people find their DREAM VEHICLE! Strong rapport building and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and support customers throughout their journey Proven success in sales, especially retail, is an asset A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, A DRIVEN MINDSET AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.
