Brimsauto Inc. is a growing car rental and sales company. We're looking for a reliable, quick learner to help with day-to-day operations including basic vehicle tasks, customer coordination, and light admin work.
This is an entry-level flexible position, ideal for someone who wants to grow with a startup in the automotive space.
Responsibilities

Assist with vehicle drop-offs, pickups, and inspections
Skills
Follow clear instructions & training videos for tasks
Power tools use and mechanical skills
Be available for occasional client communication or handovers
Support simple admin tasks as needed
Proficient in clerical duties with strong attention to detail.
Experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer systems and office software.
Ability to proofread documents accurately for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
