Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to promote and sell products to businesses and individual customers. Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly. Provide high-level customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Conduct public speaking engagements to present product features and benefits. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting products. Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance. Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Support inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and coordinating with supply chain teams. Upsell products during interactions with customers, enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or high-end retail sales; dealership experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing a sales pipeline. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and inventory control purposes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications. Knowledge of automobile sales is an advantage but not mandatory. A passion for customer service with the ability to build rapport quickly.
