The
BMW Genius & Delivery Specialist
is responsible for guiding clients throughout their BMW journey, from vehicle discovery to final delivery. Acting as a true product expert, this role provides clear and personalized explanations of BMW's features, technologies, and benefits.
In addition, the specialist ensures a flawless and memorable delivery experience, actively supports customer satisfaction and retention, and contributes to showcasing the dealership through engaging digital content for social media.

Responsibilities
Greet clients with professionalism, answer product and technology questions.
Master BMW models and technologies, provide personalized demos, explain features clearly.
Prepare and coordinate seamless handovers, walk clients through vehicle functions, set up apps and services.
Follow up after delivery, handle questions, conduct after-sales calls, and ensure satisfaction goals are met.
Create videos and posts showcasing BMW vehicles, dealership services, and team expertise; support social media presence.
Work with sales, service, and management; complete BMW training to stay updated.
Qualifications
Bilingual French/English (verbal and written).
Extensive communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Passion for automobiles, technology, and innovation.
Comfortable with social media and basic digital content creation (video, photo, light editing).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role (customer service, product knowledge, communications, or marketing) is an asset.
Dynamic, professional, and passionate about customer experience.
Creative, confident on camera, and skilled in storytelling.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
