About the Role:

As an

Automotive Product Advisor

-

New and Used,

you will guide customers through every step of the car buying process. From test drives to trade-ins, you'll be the key to building lasting relationships and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and lifestyle, new or pre-owned.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and online Understand and present new and pre-owned vehicle features and benefits Provide exceptional service throughout the entire buying experience Conduct product presentations and test drives Follow up with leads and maintain relationships using CRM tools Stay current with product knowledge, inventory updates, and promotions Work with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not required) Enthusiastic, driven, and goal-oriented attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A team player who's excited to contribute to a positive dealership culture
