Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful finishes and will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint,
• Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized during the painting process.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols while working with hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Familiarity with safety practices related to painting and working with chemicals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.53-$32.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
