Morrey Nissan Infiniti of Burnaby is currently seeking a Parts Driver to join our high volume Parts Department.

Requirements

Job duties include, but are not limited to:



Deliver wholesale orders efficiently Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup. Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer, as required. Examine returned parts for defects; exchange defective parts, and process refunds. Assisting customers in the selection of required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Answer customer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information. Receive and fill customer orders, in person or over the telephone. Place new merchandise on display. Maintain records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.. Follow all quality control processes and procedures. Stay current on new products and product updates through on site and internet based learning. Follow all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials. Ensure a high level of service to all internal and external customers.
Job requirements include:



1 year parts experience is an asset. Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract. Strong computer skills. Experience with CDK is an asset. A passion for customer service. A team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
