We are seeking an enthusiastic

Parts Coordinator

to take charge of parts, materials, and inventory operations--helping to keep our production floor running smoothly and profitably. This role is vital to ensuring timely vehicle repairs, accurate inventory control, and strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities



Ensure timely delivery of parts by tracking and following up on outstanding orders. Verify all incoming parts (mirror match and damage check) before entering into the Business Management System (BMS). Manage ordering, receiving, returning, credits, PPCs (Parts Price Changes), and sublet invoices in BMS. Reconcile daily billing and ensure credits are accurately posted. Confirm availability of parts to support production flow and "To Be In" (TBI) decisions. Collaborate with Production Coordinators to flag and resolve delayed parts. Control inventory through efficient ordering and stocking processes. Drive on-time vehicle deliveries and department profitability by applying best practices in parts management. Follow Fix Network and TD program guidelines for parts selection. Partner with estimators and repair planners to ensure all materials are accounted for and invoiced. Uphold workplace safety and compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Support other related tasks as required.

Qualifications



High school diploma or college program in automotive body repair or equivalent (preferred). 2-4 years of experience in automotive parts management (preferred). Previous experience in the body shop repair industry an asset. Familiarity with industry software such as Repair Center and Mitchell. Valid driver's license required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills. Professional, diplomatic, and able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
