Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Duties

- automotive/mechanical knowledge

- Be able to look up automotive parts and accessories

- Engage in retail sales activities to promote products and services

- Provide excellent customer service at all times

- Maintain organizational standards in the work environment

- Utilize math skills for basic calculations

- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and analysis

- Assist with order fulfillment processes

- Answer phones with proper etiquette

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

- Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory management

- Familiarity with Excel for data entry and reporting purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
