Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to both customers and service technicians.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.


Requirements:


• Experience: 1year experience in a dealership is required.
• CDK experience required.
• GM experience preferred.
• This position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a positive customer experience.
• Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
• A clean driver's abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
