We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Diagnose mechanical problems by examining vehicles, using schematics, and conducting tests. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair options. Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably with dealership experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
