Our Valley Shop is located at the base of our mountain. We offer a generous yearly tool allowance, training opportunities and our on-site parts department have a large inventory to help get the work done efficiently. Compensation Information:

$41.51 - $43.53 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

Accountabilities:

Prioritize work during the supervisor's absence (usually two days a week). Help maintain work orders and maintenance records as directed Assist with promoting safety as the number one priority Report and rectify any unsafe situation. Maintenance and repair of mobile equipment as directed. Keep a clean, organized, safe work environment. Assist with the expedition of emergency parts orders during the manager's absence Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to all departments. Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department, including support of other departments and special promotions

Ideal Candidate:

Red Seal Automotive Technician Understands and works towards departments and company's goals and objectives Self-motivated, mature, requires minimum supervision and works well with others, able to lead by example, willing and able to work outdoors and in all weather conditions Ability to operate snowmobiles, ATVs and 4x4 trucks and other powered equipment in a safe and responsible manner Good communication skills with the ability to work with others Ability to think quickly and follow all safety procedures Good Leadership qualities Working knowledge of current WSBC regulations
