Shop Helper / Detailer - Superior Autobody

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Based on experience

Reports To: Shop Manager

The Opportunity

Superior Autobody is seeking a motivated and reliable Shop Helper / Detailer to join our professional team. The successful candidate will assist with daily shop operations, vehicle detailing, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

The Responsibilities

The Shop Helper / Detailer is responsible to:

Wash, clean, and detail vehicles to a high standard (interior and exterior).

Assist technicians with shop duties, including vehicle preparation, masking, and cleanup.

Move vehicles in and out of the shop or lot as directed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.

Dispose of waste materials safely and in accordance with environmental guidelines.

Perform quality checks to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.

Support team members and follow directions from the Shop Manager and senior technicians.

The Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License with a clean abstract.

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience in automotive detailing or collision repair environments is an asset but not required.

Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
