Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing both the exterior and interior of vehicles. This role requires a passion for high-quality work, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and seats, wiping down surfaces, and treating fabrics and leathers. Wash, wax, and polish the exterior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt, grime, and scratches. Clean and shine windows, mirrors, and wheels to a high standard. Perform engine cleaning and tire dressing as needed. Inspect vehicles for any imperfections and communicate any damage or repairs needed to management. Organize and maintain detailing supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Ensure the proper application of chemicals, waxes, and other detailing products. Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and waste. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, friendly attitude while interacting with customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight] pounds) and work on your feet for extended periods. Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques, including waxing, buffing, and polishing. A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Certification or training in automotive detailing (optional).

Pay: $15.00-$18.45 per hour
