Highly competitive and above-industry compensation. Performance-based raises--you choose when you get a raise: your advancement is in your hands by passing certain exams. What We're Looking For:



Experience & Qualifications



Required:



Class 5 driver's license. Experience with manual transmissions. Ability to thoroughly detail vehicle exterior with high attention to detail. Strong passion for the automotive industry.

Preferred (for higher starting pay):



Window tint installation experience. PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience in polishing, buffing, and wet sanding.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, and lay on the ground during certain tasks.

Daily Responsibilities



Vehicle Preparation:



Rinse, shampoo, and remove surface dirt from vehicles. Hand wash vehicles with a microfiber wash mitt using the two-bucket method. Use clay bars to remove stubborn contamination. Decontaminate vehicle painted surfaces using Iron Remover. Use air gun, squeegees, and drying towels to thoroughly dry vehicles.

Detailing & Polishing:



Execute paint correction and polishing to remove swirls, scratches, and imperfections, bringing surfaces to a flawless condition. Apply compounds, polishes, and pads using a variety of polishers (rotary and dual-action). Thoroughly detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, applying ceramic coatings as needed. Shine exterior plastics, trim, rims, and tires.

Vehicle Protection & Coating Preparation:



Apply tape to a vehicle's exterior trim surfaces in preparation for coatings and other applications. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Shop Maintenance & Support:



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sweeping and garbage disposal. Complete quality checklist reviews to ensure work meets company standards. Support installers by preparing vehicles and workspaces as needed. Perform general facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:



Pay:

$20-27/hour (additional opportunities for raises as well).

6-Month Probation Period:

Retention bonus raise upon successful completion.
