We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused
Automotive Customer Service Representative
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our service department. You'll help schedule appointments, answer questions, and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service appointments and follow up with reminders
Explain basic automotive services, estimates, and repair timelines
Communicate with technicians to keep customers informed
Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with care
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Basic knowledge of vehicle services is helpful (we provide training)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
