to join our growing team! The Customer Service Representative provides a high level of face-to-face customer service and supports customers' needs throughout the vehicle repair process.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
Provides courteous assistance to customers and educates customers on the collision repair process
Face-to-face interaction with customers
Evaluating vehicle damage and taking photos as required
Capturing complete list of customers' expectations and if necessary negotiating on service deliverables
Understanding specific insurers' claims processing policies and processes and following them accordingly
Maintaining updated customer files
Timely two-way communication with/ between internal and external customers
Providing back-up to Front Office Administrator, i.e. answering phones and greeting customers
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
5 years' experience in Customer Service, previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Knowledge of collision repair process and/or auto insurance claims is an asset.
Experience in Sales
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Efficient use of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
