is looking for a Booker / Dispatcher - Tower Operator to join our busy dealership in Northwest Calgary!

The primary role of the Booker / Dispatcher is dispatch work to the shop in an effective and efficient manner. This position will effectively and efficiently assist in development and direction of the service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity, and quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: 60 - 69K per year

Qualifications

2 or more years' experience in the automotive industry with heavy involvement with the Service Department CDK or PBS experience an asset Experience as a Service Advisor with a proven track record of sales an asset Warranty administration and understanding an asset Technical background with vehicle maintenance an asset Demonstrated ability to multi task and pay attention to detail Proven ability to achieve results Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet people and business demand.
