experienced and motivated Automotive Body Shop Salesperson

to join our team and help drive new business while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell auto body repair services to retail customers, insurance companies, and fleet clients. Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing estimates and explaining repair options. Build and maintain long-term relationships with insurance adjusters, fleet managers, and corporate clients. Coordinate with the production and service departments to ensure accurate timelines and customer satisfaction. Track and report daily sales activities, leads, and conversions. Support marketing initiatives to attract new business, including partnerships and community outreach. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

automotive body shop sales

,

service advising

. Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and refinishing processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a professional, friendly attitude. Proficient in computer use and estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, CCC, Repair Centre, Audatex - an asset). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience
