You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services, creating a positive and efficient customer experience.Pay rate: $18.00/hourLocation: Toronto, ON (401 and Victoria Park - North York)Shifts: Day ShiftJob type: 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full-timeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredOntario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract/CVORAbility to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is requiredSelf-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervisionContinuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracyTime management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethicsMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaResponsibilities:Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly mannerProvides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brandReceive and check in customer vehicles in a timely mannerInspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the clientAssist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop offResponsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debrisRecording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact personOther duties as assignedDon't miss out on this Automotive Attendant - Drive-thru job in North York, ON.
