Plaza Auto Group is seeking an experienced
Assistant Shop Manager
to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a full team of technicians and advisors while driving department growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Body Shop department
Oversee smooth operations across all areas, including quality performance, customer service, and overall effectiveness
Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross profit, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Hire, coach, train, and reward employees to achieve department objectives
Work alongside service staff to train associates on dealership policies and procedures
Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned to support department success

Teamwork and collaboration across all departments
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in PBS and electronic repair order systems
Strong background in automotive customer service and service department operations
Strong knowledge of the collision repair process
3 - 5 years in previous leadership or supervisory experience, specifically in Body Shop/Collision
Must have a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract
