Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assist with automotive repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Participate in assembling parts and components as needed for repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Support heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle parts and equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while adhering to safety standards.

Experience Minimum 2years mechanical knowledge is preferred; however, training will be provided for candidates eager to learn.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes or previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently as part of the job requirements.
• A strong willingness to learn about welding techniques may be beneficial for future opportunities within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
