Gyro Group of Companies are looking for a professional

Automotive Apprentice Technician

to join our team. Our service drive and shop is fully operational with the most up to date Hunter equipment; Alignment system, Tire Changers and Inspection equipment.

The successful candidate will have some background in automotive repairs and be able to service a variety of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, light trucks and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, caring for others, and will possess the top-notch communication skills needed to provide exceptional customer service. Our goal is to provide quality service with a smile, and we are looking for the right individual to help us achieve success.

Enhanced service process

Technician hours increased by 20%

. Technicians have the opportunity to earn up to an

additional $10 per hour billed

through our bonus program.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs like oil changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, performing fluid checks (coolant, oil, brake fluid) and refilling as necessary. Inspecting vehicle systems and identifying potential issues, as well as determining if additional maintenance if required Shadowing senior technicians to observe and learn proper procedures Helping with repairs by providing tools, materials, and assistance Road test vehicles, as required Restock the supplies in the Service Department Keep up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins Keeping the workspace clean and organized, including cleaning up after jobs.
Qualifications

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour plus up to an

additional $10 per hour bonus
