At Fair Isle Ford Lincoln - Montague, we're looking for a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced Red Seal Technicians, receive hands-on training, and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle maintenance Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Learn to handle advanced mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and organized Work closely with the service team to deliver excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

Enrollment in or willingness to register for an automotive apprenticeship program Mechanical aptitude and a passion for the automotive trade Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Valid driver's license with clean abstract
