Position Overview:
The Lead Apprentice is responsible for diligently performing oil changes, tire rotations, as well as servicing customer vehicles (based on ability and experience) to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. This position also learns from our experienced Technician and Apprentice teams to continually develop and learn new skills.
An Apprentice upholds the dealerships' standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department. As a team player, the Apprentice fosters positive relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.
The Lead Apprentice will also be responsible for assisting in the training and development of jr. apprentices and lube techs.
