Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our client's Canadian Digital Banking Engineering team. This is a high-impact role contributing to the enhancement of backend services powering mobile and web money movement functionalities. You'll work on exciting modernization projects including SQL to MongoDB migration, and collaborate within a fast-paced Agile environment that leverages technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks to support API development. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies at one of Canada's top banks, influencing real-time payments and customer experiences.

Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Automation API Testing experience (preferably in Banking/FI)
Strong Java coding skills for test automation (without reliance on tools like SOAP UI)
5+ years of experience with JUnit, TestNG, or RestAssured for integration testing
