Must-Have Skills:
5-8 years of experience with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
3-5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Robot, Postman)
Proven experience leading test automation initiatives
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
