We are seeking a
highly skilled and creative CNC System Integrator/Software Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in
PLC programming, C, C#, C++, Python programming, SQL server management, app development
,
UX design
and
preference will be given to candidates with servo motor tuning and other mechanical systems experience
. This role requires
ingenuity and precision in programming
to ensure our CNC machines operate at the highest level of performance and safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in
programming new machinery, developing innovative R&D solutions, providing expert service support, and enhancing user experience
. We are looking for a

, optimize machine performance, and contribute to the advancement of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize
PLC and C-based control systems
for CNC machines.
Integrate and maintain
mechanical motion systems, servos, and automation components
.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless machine functionality.
Interact directly with end-users to provide troubleshooting of CNC systems and
Conduct
R&D on new technologies
, leveraging
creativity and technical expertise
to enhance CNC capabilities and performance.
Provide technical support and training to customers and internal staff.
Work on
improving user experience
by optimizing control systems and interfaces.
Develop internal apps to help our technicians and engineers work more efficiently.
Travel to customer sites for installations, service, and troubleshooting.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a diploma with relevant experience (minimum 3 years of experience required).
Extensive experience in PLC programming
(Siemens, Fanuc, or other CNC-related systems preferred).
Proficiency in C C++ C# Python programming
for embedded or automation applications.
Strong understanding of
servo systems, motion control, and industrial automation
.
Experience in
CNC machinery, manufacturing processes, and control systems
.
Experience with
Edge AI and machine learning
is an asset.
Experience with
additive manufacturing
is an asset.
Creative problem-solving skills
and the ability to develop
efficient and innovative
software solutions.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-tech environment
that values precision and creativity.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Travel to the U.S. and internationally is required.
