We are seeking a tech-savvy automation specialist to help us streamline internal processes, enhance client experiences, and build the next generation of intelligent legal tools.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Airtable and other applications. Create and deploy document automation solutions for forms and recurring legal processes. Develop and maintain internal and client-facing AI agents and chatbots to improve efficiency, intake, and information retrieval. Collaborate with lawyers, business teams, and leadership to identify automation opportunities and translate workflows into practical technical solutions. Work with and communicate directly with existing technology vendors (including legal tech and AI solution providers) to identify integration, automation, and enhancement opportunities. Support data integration between Airtable, Microsoft systems, legal databases, and document management platforms through APIs or automation tools.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Experience with workflow automation, API integrations, and document generation (e.g., Word templates, SharePoint, Forms, or similar tools). Experience building AI agents or chatbots (OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and external vendors. A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about how technology can transform the legal profession.
