We're hiring a

dynamic Automation & AI Specialist

to join our Montreal-based team. This is a

Responsibilities

Automation & AI Projects

Collaborate with teams across different companies to identify and implement automation opportunities. Design and maintain workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and others. Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g., chatbots, document processing, predictive analytics). Support the integration of systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Coordinate and track project progress from design to deployment.

Operational & Technical Support

Act as a second-level support contact for technical issues related to automation tools and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various platforms. Document processes and create user guides to support adoption and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

College or university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Strong interest and early experience (academic or professional) in automation, system integration, and AI tools. Familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, Make, or similar. Basic understanding of APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and data flows. Excellent problem-solving skills and curiosity for emerging technologies. Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset.

Pay: $50,557.35-$110,111.36 per year
