Je poursuis actuellement une licence ou un master dans : technologies de l'information, telecommunications, informatique, genie electrique/informatique, ou dans un domaine connexe GPA minimum de 2.7 sur une echelle de 4.0 ou equivalent Inscrit activement a temps plein dans un college ou une universite accreditee de 4 ans Disponible pour travailler 40 heures par semaine pendant le stage d'ete ou de stage Fondamentaux du reseau (bases du routage) Concepts du modele OSI Langage de programmation : Phyton, scripting Linux Bash, Groovy et Java Comprehension des API REST, JSON et authentification (OAuth2, tokens) Connaissance de base de la ligne de commande Linux et de Git (branchement) Solides competences analytiques et de resolution de problemes Communication ecrite et orale claire (anglais Le francais est un plus) Exposition aux domaines telecoms (RAN,Core,OSS/BSS, Cloud) Experience avec les outils de suivi ou les systemes de tickets Comprehension de la virtualisation ou des fondamentaux du cloud Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2.7 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent Actively enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year college or university Available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or co-op term Networking fundamentals (routing basics) OSI model concepts Programing language: Phyton, Linux Bash scripting, Groovy and Java Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication (OAuth2, tokens). Basic familiarity with Linux command line and Git (branching). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication (English; French is a plus). Exposure to telecom domains (RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, Cloud) through coursework or projects Experience with monitoring tools or ticketing systems (academic or lab exposure is fine) Understanding of virtualization or cloud fundamentals Work to develop automation of maintenance tasks using programing language (Phyton, Linux Bash scripting, Groovy and Java) and DevOps pipelines. Participate to build Artificial Intelligence use cases to turn operations from reactive to predictive. Support the incident management process by tracking tickets, documenting updates, and assisting with troubleshooting under supervision. Support controlled remote access activities and change management processes following established procedures. Work with engineering, security, and service teams to understand how issues are resolved and services restored. Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, automation scripts, or dashboard improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
