AutoCAD Drafter


Treads by Design - Full-Time

Treads by Design is looking for a

dynamic, self-motivated AutoCAD and or Fusion Drafter

to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This full-time position offers

competitive wages

, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Draft stairs and stair components with

speed and precision

using AutoCAD and or Fusion 360 Create

accurate production work orders

and meet tight deadlines Program stair parts for

CNC machinery

with efficient turnaround Collaborate with a

fast-moving production team

to ensure quality and efficiency Read and interpret

blueprints and specifications

for custom stair builds

Qualifications:



Proven experience

with AutoCAD and Fusion 360 (carpentry/residential drafting preferred)

Residential framing or carpentry

background is a strong asset Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment

Exceptional attention to detail

and time management skills Self-starter who takes direction and works well independently

Valid driver's license

and access to a reliable vehicle
Training will be provided. If you're driven and eager to learn, we'll set you up for success.
