Autocad Architectural Draftsperson
Job Description
A well known reputed Residential home designing company looking for an experienced draftsperson
Who has experience in following: -
-At least 1 year of experience in residential home designing (single-family dwelling)
-Residential floor planning
-Detailing of floor planning
-Grading of lots
-Elevations and sections
-Complete building permit drawings
-Knowledge of BC building code and lower mainland city bylaws
-Knowledge in Excel, accounting and attention to details, will be an asset.
New passed out students with Architectural/Engineering background can be considered as well.
2 weeks paid trial period with minimum wage in office. After if suited for the job, the wage will be decided upon experience. And will provide the full benefits after the probation period.
