We're hiring! Our busy, high-quality

automotive shop

is looking for a

Paint Prepper

to join our team. If you take pride in attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a crew that values craftsmanship and teamwork--we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces Assist with panel prep, minor body work, and priming as needed Ensure all prep work is done to high standards to support quality paint application Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with painters and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:

Previous experience in a paint prep or autobody role preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Knowledge of sanding tools, masking techniques, and shop safety Must be reliable and punctual

Pay: $15.75-$17.00 per hour
