Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety issues Perform repairs including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, transmission work, and tire services Replace worn or damaged parts with precision and efficiency Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems accurately Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance recommendations Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

Experience

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role within an automotive repair shop or dealership environment Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred ASE certification or equivalent is a plus but not required; ongoing training opportunities available for certified technicians Prior experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
