What You'll Bring to the Team:

A "people-first" mindset - you enjoy connecting with customers from all walks of life. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (bonus if you speak multiple languages!). Tech-savvy and adaptable - you're comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and staying up to date with the latest vehicle technologies. Organized and detail-oriented - follow-ups, timely responses, and client care are second nature to you. Confident with all communication channels - phone, email, text, or in person.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new and existing clients Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in-person Respond to leads promptly and follow up with attention to detail Learn and utilize CRM software and internal systems Stay current on vehicle features and inventory Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
