Piston Ring is a progressive, rapidly growing leader in the automotive aftermarket. Started in 1953, Piston Ring is a local, family-owned, company celebrating over 70 years of business. We currently employ over 550 people, while servicing Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario with 26 corporate stores.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join the team at our location in Roblin, Manitoba. The successful applicant will have demonstrated extensive automotive parts knowledge, inventory control experience, team lead experience, and excellent organizational skills. A strong desire to grow the business through excellent customer service, innovation, and strong leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

Managing store operations Leading a small team of experienced individuals Managing customer experience between both retail and wholesale customers Accounts Receivable Creating and maintaining relationships with both established and potential customers Maintain Accurate Inventory Scheduling Workplace Safety Regular communications with Senior Management

Requirements

Strong automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts experience. Experience as a team leader Residing within the Roblin area Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple tasks An excellent attitude open to learning, communication, and working as part of a team.
