We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and lasting finishes on various surfaces. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards. This role requires both creativity and technical skill, making it perfect for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the painting process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
