What you'll do
Install and replace auto glass, including windshields and side windows, with precision and care.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess glass damage and determine repair or replacement needs.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist with vehicle detailing and assembly tasks as needed to enhance overall service offerings.
Basic qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a dealership environment.
Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology.
Skills in window tinting, auto body repair, and auto estimating are highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
