Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive glass systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform installations and repairs of various types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Assess damage to glass and determine the appropriate repair or replacement methods. Use specialized tools and equipment to safely remove and install glass components. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Ability to make invoices and book appointments, ability to attract more businiess.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of automotive glass types, installation techniques, and safety practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
