Finance Manager

Please note VSA license and Driver License necessary .

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, VSA license .
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions
- Retail sales experience is beneficial
- Sales support experience is advantageous

Duties:

- Leads calling and follow up.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Showcase the performance and features of vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages

-Getting approvals from various banks.

- Accommodating vehicles that fit
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
