Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using hand and power tools. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs Perform body repairs including welding, metal straightening, and painting Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles Communicate with customers regarding repair processes and timelines

Skills

Proficient in automotive repair techniques and practices Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues Experience working in a dealership or similar environment is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to auto body work Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $18.54-$25.32 per hour
