First Truck is looking for the TOP BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN in the industry who are ready to build a long-term career working on all OEM Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers and Motorhomes. Primary Job Functions

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair body damages to fiberglass and suspension components on OEM class 6,7,8 vehicles, trailers, and RVs
• Replace damaged structures, body parts, interior and exterior finishes
• Make warranty decisions as necessary
• Ensure professional quality detail and craftsmanship
• Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
• RV experience an asset
• Light mechanical and suspension experience an asset
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
• Follow safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
• Must have own tools
• Class 5 driver\'s license
