Job Description

We are looking for autobody tech's with restoration experience or with the passion to do restoration / custom autobody / sheet metal work .

As a Auto body technician , you will be resposible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing vehicle bodies to pre-accident or custom specifications. This includes frame repairs, Dent removal, Panel replacement, Sanding, Priming and prepping vehicles for paint. The ideal candidate has experiance in collision repair, welding and custom Bodywork.

Body Repair & Resturation:

-Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, Incuding doors, fenders, Hoods and bumpers.

-Perform dent removal, metal shaping.

-Align and fit panels to factory or custom specifications

-Use body fillers, sanding and priming technique's for smooth finishes.

-Weld and Fabricate metal components as needed.

-Paint & Finishing prep:

-Sand, Mask and prep vehicles for paint application.

-Assist with mixing and matching paint colours to factory or custom finishes.

-Apply primers, sealers and base coats as required.

-Shop Maintenance & Saftey

-Keep the workspace clean and organized.

-Follow safety regulations and wear proper protective equipment.

-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Experiance in auto body repair, collision repair or resturation.

-Ability to use body repair tools, including sanders, welders and dent pullers.

-Strong attention to detail and craftmanship.

-knowledge of automotive painting and refinishing.

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to lift 50 lbs.

-Standing, bending and working with hands for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
