Auto Body and Rocker Repair Technician
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in collision repair, rocker panel replacement, bodywork, and general automotive restoration.Key Responsibilities
Perform rocker panel repairs, replacements, and rust restoration Complete auto body repairs including dent removal, panel straightening, and refinishing prep Weld, cut, and fabricate as needed for structural and cosmetic repairs Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate any additional repairs or issues to management
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in auto body repair (rocker panel experience preferred) Strong welding and fabrication skills Knowledge of body filler, sanding, grinding, and panel alignment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Valid driver's license Own tools
