We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with both hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs Perform bodywork, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure all repairs meet safety standards Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques

Skills

Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to auto body work Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process Experience in automotive repair with a focus on bodywork techniques Mechanic experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to diagnose issues effectively
