Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Red Seal Auto Body Technician for Painting and prepping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with both hand and power tools. As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, including panel replacement. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs required for restoration. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repair jobs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to auto body repair. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
