The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for an Auto Body Estimator for Alloy Collision Centre. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized and who will enjoy working in a family environment.

As the successful applicant you will:

Have previous Auto Body Estimator experience Have experience with a variety of vehicle brands Have previous experience with and understanding of SGI policies and procedures Have great interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment Possess superior time-management skills and is able to prioritize requests Be extremely organized and detail oriented Have a proven record of helping to maintain a safe work environment Have superior communication and customer service skills
In this exciting role, you will:

Write collision damage estimates for SGI Claims, Customers, Dealerships & Warranty Claims Review estimates with customers to ensure understanding of what is being repaired on their vehicle. Document and upsell additional damages unrelated to the original claim Photograph original and additional damages and labeling the photos Supplement estimates for additional hidden damage Communicate with insurance companies to get estimate approvals, confirm coverage, supply photos, etc Communicate with parts department to ensure proper parts are ordered Communicate with technicians regarding insurance approvals Research OEM procedures to ensure estimate is written properly Provide information to Production Supervisor to assist with updating customer on hidden damage found
