Job Title: Automotive Accessories Installer

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Accessories Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with vehicle accessory installation, is mechanically inclined, and can deliver high-quality workmanship on all types of cars and trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Install a wide range of automotive accessories, including:

Remote starters & electronics

Wheels and tires (mounting, balancing, torqueing)

Trailer hitches & towing equipment

Truck caps, tonneau covers, bed accessories

Suspension components (lift kits, leveling kits, shocks, etc.)

Lighting, steps, bumpers, and other aftermarket parts

Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues

Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Inspect completed work for quality control

Keep accurate records of parts, labor, and installation notes

Qualifications

Previous experience installing automotive accessories (preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems

Ability to read installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment

Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to ~75 lbs)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

Experience with 12-volt wiring and electronics

Wheel/tire installation experience

Fabrication or troubleshooting ability

Strong problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Schedule

Full-time position

Shop-based, hands-on work
